Frontline Recognition Packs expand through five Honor In Action initiatives: Operation Heat Shield, Operation Warm Front, Operation Restore, Operation Workzone, and Operation Midnight Watch. Together, they create a repeatable model for extreme heat, cold weather, urgent recovery needs, Public Works recognition and safety, and police overnight-shift support.
The model is built to grow responsibly from one department to another—city by city, state by state—while adapting each activation to local conditions and verified needs.
