TRANSPARENCY
BY DESIGN.

Tags4Lives is building a visible frontline network, and the accountability behind that network should be visible too. This page brings the core organizational facts, giving safeguards, program references, and diligence pathways into one place.

The organization behind the mission.

Tags4Lives is structured as a charitable nonprofit and currently operates through a volunteer-led team. Public-facing information is kept consistent across the website so donors, companies, departments, and grant reviewers can quickly understand who we are and how support moves.

Operating model100% volunteer-led

The current mission is carried forward through volunteer leadership, board governance, community volunteers, and mission partners.

Funding can build a light. Only field work can turn it on.

The Honor Grid separates fundraising progress from completed impact. That distinction is intentional: money alone never creates an Activated status.

01 / Designated givingCity + category stays visible.

When a donor selects an approved Honor Grid community and frontline category, the verified contribution advances that specific funding progress rather than silently becoming a completed deployment.

02 / Field verificationActivated is earned in the field.

A category is marked Activated only after real-world Tags4Lives deployment work is completed. Fully funded but not yet deployed remains clearly identified as deployment pending.

03 / Program reference≈$20 material average per complete Recognition Pack.

The current planning reference covers the bag, practical supplies, and Honor Tag. Delivery, transportation, activation logistics, printing, storage, technology, and other mission costs vary by community and operation.

04 / General supportUnrestricted gifts back the system.

General donations can support frontline outreach, Recognition Packs, Honor Tags, transportation, printing, technology, storage, compliance, and other infrastructure needed to keep the mission operating responsibly.

05 / Payment securityCard details stay with Stripe.

Website donations use Stripe secure checkout. Tags4Lives does not receive or store donors' raw card numbers through the site.

Public documents + diligence.

Some charitable and organizational documents become available on different filing schedules. Rather than publish placeholders, Tags4Lives will add public records here as they are available and can provide appropriate documentation directly for donor, grant, corporate, or government diligence.
